REGULAR AGENDA (5:07 PM) 1. 16-0621 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held Tuesday, June 14, 2016. A motion was made by Commissioner Uranga, seconded by Commissioner Supernaw, to approve recommendation. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Supernaw, seconded by Commissioner Richardson, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Supernaw, Uranga, Austin, Richardson, Andrews, Lowenthal and Tanzer Absent: 3 - Gonzalez, Price and Mungo 3. 16-0626 Recommendation to authorize the execution of all documents necessary for a Lease between Ravinder Singh, an individual, and the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, for use of the parking lot westerly adjacent to 421 East Fourth Street by the Housing Authority. A motion was made by Commissioner Richardson, seconded by Commissioner Supernaw, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6 - Supernaw, Uranga, Richardson, Andrews, Lowenthal and Tanzer Absent: 3 - Gonzalez, Price and Mungo NEW BUSINESS (5:10 PM) There was no new business.
