of the City of Long Beach, California Special Meeting held Tuesday,

A motion was made by Commissioner Supernaw, seconded by
Commissioner Richardson, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Uranga, Andrews, Richardson
and Tanzer
Absent: 3 - Pearce, Mungo and Austin
2. 16-0858 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Report for June 2016. (Citywide)
A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by
Commissioner Supernaw, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 8 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Uranga, Austin, Andrews,
Richardson and Tanzer
Absent: 2 - Pearce and Mungo
3. 16-0859 Recommendation to authorize Executive Director to execute all
documents necessary to terminate and release the 1982
Disposition and Development Agreement and the 1983 Grant Deed
executed and recorded in conjunction with the development for
Beachwood Apartments. (District 1)
A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by
Commissioner Supernaw, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 8 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Uranga, Austin, Andrews,
Richardson and Tanzer
Absent: 2 - Pearce and Mungo
