The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8 - Pearce, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Andrews, Richardson and Tanzer Absent: 3 - Gonzalez, Austin and Hudson 2. 17-0181 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Report for December 2016. (Citywide) Councilman Austin joined the meeting. Alison King, Deputy Executive Director, presented the staff report. A motion was made by Vice Chair Andrews, seconded by Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9 - Pearce, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Austin, Andrews, Richardson and Tanzer Absent: 2 - Gonzalez and Hudson 3. 17-0182 Recommendation to receive and file the presentation of the 2016 Housing Authority Family Self-Sufficiency Graduates.
