The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8 - Pearce, Price, Supernaw, Uranga, Hudson, Andrews, Richardson and Tanzer Absent: 3 - Gonzalez, Mungo and Austin 2. 18-0027 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Report for October 2017. (Citywide) A motion was made by Vice Chair Andrews, seconded by Chair Richardson, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8 - Pearce, Price, Supernaw, Uranga, Hudson, Andrews, Richardson and Tanzer Absent: 3 - Gonzalez, Mungo and Austin 3. 18-0028 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing the Assistant Executive Director and the Deputy Executive Director to execute all required documents necessary to accept funding in the amount of $866,250 from the County of Los Angeles, and implement the Homeless Incentive Program, for which the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles is the administrator, for FY 2017 to 2018.
