At 5:09 PM, Chair Richardson called the meeting to order.

1. 18-0908 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority of
the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held Tuesday,
September 11, 2018.
A motion was made by Chair Richardson, seconded by Vice
Chair Pearce, to approve recommendation. The motion carried
by the following vote:

2. 18-0911 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Report for July 2018. (Citywide)
A motion was made by Chair Richardson, seconded by
Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 11 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga,
Austin, Pearce, Richardson, Tanzer and Hudson
