REGULAR AGENDA (5:01 PM) 1. 19-0113 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held Tuesday, January 8, 2019. OCEAN BOULEVARD THE CITY OF LONG BEACH, COUNCIL CHAMBER, 4:30 PM CALIFORNIA MINUTES A motion was made by Commissioner Supernaw, seconded by Chair Richardson, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Andrews, Uranga and Richardson Absent: 5 - Mungo, Austin, Hudson, Tanzer and Pearce 2. 19-0112 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Report for November 2018. (Citywide) Councilmember Pearce joined the meeting. A motion was made by Chair Richardson, seconded by Commissioner Supernaw, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8 - Gonzalez, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga, Pearce and Richardson Absent: 3 - Austin, Hudson and Tanzer 3. 19-0114 Recommendation to receive and file the presentation of the 2018 Housing Authority Family Self-Sufficiency Graduates. (Citywide) Alison King, Deputy Executive Director, spoke; and introduced Sundaram Rama, FSS Program Lead. Sundaram Rama, FSS Program Lead, spoke; and introduced Terry Bowen. Terry Bowen spoke. Councilman Austin joined the meeting. A motion was made by Chair Richardson, seconded by Commissioner Uranga, to approve recommendation.
