The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8 - Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga, Austin, Hudson, Tanzer and Richardson Absent: 2 - Price and Pearce 2. 19-0660 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held Tuesday, June 11, 2019. A motion was made by Commissioner Supernaw, seconded by Chair Richardson, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8 - Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga, Austin, Hudson, Tanzer and Richardson Absent: 2 - Price and Pearce 3. 19-0663 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Reports for April 2019. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Andrews, seconded by Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8 - Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga, Austin, Hudson, Tanzer and Richardson Absent: 2 - Price and Pearce 4. 19-0677 Recommendation to conduct public hearing to review the proposed Five-Year Housing Plan (2019-2024) and the Annual Plan (2020) (Plans), receive supporting documentation into the record, conclude the hearing; adopt resolution to certify the new Plans; and, authorize Deputy Executive Director to transmit the Plans to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
