A motion was made by Commissioner Zendejas, seconded by Vice Chair Pearce, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Zendejas, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Pearce and Richardson Absent: 4 - Andrews, Austin, Hudson and Tanzer 2. 20-0402 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Reports for February 2020. (Citywide) A motion was made by Vice Chair Pearce, seconded by Commissioner Price, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Zendejas, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga, Pearce and Richardson Absent: 4 - Andrews, Austin, Hudson and Tanzer 3. 20-0403 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary for an extension to Lease No. 26572 between Craig A. MacPherson and Stuart S. MacPherson and the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, for 12 parking spaces at 523 East Fourth Street, for continued occupancy by the Housing Authority. (Citywide) A motion was made by Vice Chair Pearce, seconded by Commissioner Zendejas, to approve recommendation.
