REGULAR AGENDA (4:34 PM) 1. 21-0399 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held Tuesday, Page 1 of 3 CITY OF LONG BEACH TUESDAY, MAY 11, 2021 HOUSING AUTHORITY OF TELECONFERENCE, 4:30 PM THE CITY OF LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA MINUTES April 13, 2021. A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Uranga, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9 - Allen, Price, Supernaw, Uranga, Austin, Richardson, Tanzer, Saro and Zendejas Absent: 2 - Mungo and Hudson 2. 21-0400 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Reports for February 2021. (Citywide) A motion was made by Vice Chair Saro, seconded by Commissioner Price, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9 - Allen, Price, Supernaw, Uranga, Austin, Richardson, Tanzer, Saro and Zendejas Absent: 2 - Mungo and Hudson 3. 21-0401 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP HE20-045 and award a contract to BDO PHA Finance, of Philadelphia, PA, for providing accounting services for the Long Beach Housing Authority, in a total amount not to exceed $600,000, for a period of three years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the Housing Authority; and authorize Executive Director of the Housing Authority, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the contract, including any necessary amendments. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Allen, seconded by Vice Chair Saro, to approve recommendation.
