Brown Act. Amy Webber, Deputy City Attorney, spoke; and provided a PowerPoint presentation. Commissioner Cooper spoke. A motion was made by Commissioner Diggs-Jackson, seconded by Commissioner Gutierrez, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9 - Thomas Cooper, Sharon Diggs-Jackson, Ryan Giffen, Alejandra Gutierrez, Frank Gutierrez, Nicole Lopez, Marissa Martinez, Eric Oates and Sevly Snguon 2. 20-002RC Recommendation to conduct a study session regarding the selection process on the remaining members and alternates for the Long Beach Independent Redistricting Commission. A motion was made by Commissioner Snguon, seconded by Commissioner Giffen, to approve recommendation.
