A motion was made by Commissioner Cooper, seconded by Commissioner Beckenhaupt, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 13 - Genna Beckenhaupt, Thomas Cooper, Ryan Giffen, Frank Gutierrez, Nicole Lopez, Marissa Martinez, Kelly Nhim, Eric Oates, Feliza Ortiz-Licon, Zhelinrentice Scott, Sevly Snguon, Sharon Diggs-Jackson and Alejandra Gutierrez 2. 21-024RC Recommendation to receive and file a report on the Public Records Act.
