ROLL CALL Interim Director Scott took the roll call and confirmed a quorum. Leah Salgado - PRM Analyst Del Ransom - Bureau Assistant Maria Gutierrez - RLS, Community Recreation Services Joy Warren - Superintendent, Community Recreation Services Michelle Wilson - Superintendent, Community Recreation Services Sherlyn Beatty - Supervisor, Community Recreation Services Andrea Lain-Rufino - Supervisor, Community Recreation Services PRESENTATIONS Employee of the Month - March 2018 Sherlyn Beatty introduced Maria Gutierrez as the March, Employee of the Month. Maria Gutierrez is an outstanding Rec. Spec X, Site Director for the WRAP Expanded Learning Program at Starr King Elementary School. Maria exemplifies the PRM Way and provides outstanding customer service daily. Her costumer service does not just shine with our program participants, but also with her co-workers, staff, the school’s personnel, and WRAP families. She has facilitated many successful family night events in partnership with the school including their First Father/Daughter Dance, Talent shows, and currently she is coordinating a Mother/Son Sports Extravaganza. A motion was made by Commissioner Ursua, seconded by Commissioner Antonette, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Ron Antonette, Margo Morales, Ron Sievers, Stella Ursua, David Zanatta, Julie Heggeness and Benjamin Alan Goldberg HEARING 2. 18-022PR Adopt a resolution and approve the proposed Fiscal Year 2018 (FY 18) General Park Fee changes and make such changes effective April 20, 2018. Vice Chair Goldberg commented on the Red Car Greenbelt. Commissioner Zanatta commented on the Jackson Park playground equipment. MARKETING & RECREATION COMMITTEE Margo Morales - Chair Commissioner Morales informed the Commission that the Committee did not meet. PARKS USAGE & REGULATIONS COMMITTEE Stella Ursua - Chair Commissioner Ursua informed the Commission that the Committee did not meet.
