Vice Chair Greenwood nominated Commissioner Irvine to hold the position of Chair; Commissioner Irvine accepted the nomination. A motion was made by Commissioner Gonzales, seconded by Commissioner Ursua, to elect Commissioner Gonzales as the Chair of the Sustainable City Commission. The motion failed by the following vote: Yes: 3 - Joan Greenwood, Kathleen Irvine and Morgan Wheeler No: 4 - Desiree Gutierrez, Elliot Gonzales, Lisa Wibroe and Stella Ursua Absent: 3 - Elizabeth Nash, Nicholas Lind and Robin Thorne Commissioner Gonzales is now the Chair and Commissioner Irvine is now the Vice Chair of the Sustainable City Commission. A motion was made by Commissioner Gonzales, seconded by Commissioner Wibroe, to elect Commissioner Irvine as the Vice Chair of the Sustainable City Commission.
