City Commission meeting held Thursday, September 24, 2015.
A motion was made by Commissioner Wheeler, seconded by
Commissioner Gutierrez, to approve the recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:

A motion was made by Commissioner Skye, seconded by
Commissioner Coffee, to approve the recommendation to submit
recommendations to the City Council by way of a draft letter with
a courtesy copy to the Mayor's office, with a friendly amendment
that includes the draft letter first being brought back to the
January 2016 meeting for input from all of the Commissioners.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 6 - Coby Skye, Desiree Gutierrez, Elliot Gonzales, Morgan
Wheeler, Robin Thorne and Sona Coffee
