1. 16-001SC Recommendation to receive and file the Minutes of the Sustainable
City Commission meeting held Wednesday, December 9, 2015.
A motion was made by Commissioner Greenwood, seconded by
Commissioner Nash, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Joan Greenwood, Elizabeth Nash, Kathleen Irvine, Morgan
Wheeler, Desiree Gutierrez, Nicholas Lind and Sona Coffee
Absent: 3 - Lisa Wibroe, Elliot Gonzales and Coby Skye

3. 16-004SC Recommendation to discuss and draft a letter to the City Council to
facilitate greater communication between the Sustainable City
Commissioners and the City Council and submit recommendations
to the Mayor's Office.

the language development for the letter that will be forwarded to
the Mayor and City Council. The motion carried by the following
vote:
