Each speaker will be limited to three minutes unless that time is extended by the Chair. NEW BUSINESS (4 items): 1 16-015SC Recommendation to receive and file minutes of the Sustainable City Commission meeting of Thursday, May 26, 2016. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. 2 16-016SC Recommendation to receive a report on Long Beach participation in the Compact of Mayors.
