MINUTES 17-006SC Recommendation to receive and file the minutes of the Sustainable City Commission meeting of Thursday, January 26, 2017. A motion was made by Commissioner Wheeler, seconded by Commissioner Skye, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Donna Bergeron-Birge, Carla Dillon, Coby Skye, Alan Tolkoff, Morgan Wheeler, Kathleen Irvine and Elliot Gonzales Abstain: 2 - Desiree Gutierrez and Nicholas Lind Absent: 1 - Sona Coffee REGULAR AGENDA 1 17-008SC Recommendation to receive a presentation from the Port of Long Beach on the Clean Air Action Plan. A motion was made by Commissioner Gutierrez, seconded by Commissioner Skye, to approve recommendation.
