ROLL CALL Commissioners Donna Bergeron-Birge, Carla Dillon, Nicholas Lind, Eric Rock, Present: Alan Tolkoff, Morgan Wheeler and Coby Skye Commissioners Elliot Gonzales and Sona Coffee Absent: PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Members of the public are invited to address the Commission on items of interest to the public within the Commission's jurisdiction.
