Each speaker will be limited to three minutes unless that time is extended by the Chair. Christine Wartman from the Los Angeles County Public Works, Stormwater Planning Division, lead the presentation on the Los Angeles River Plan. Mark Hanna, Ph.D., Leed AP from Geosyntec Consultants, project Manager followed up on the presentation. Chair Coffee spoke. Larry Rich, Sustainable City Coordinator, spoke.
