Chair Coffee called the meeting to order at 4:18 p.m.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Members of the public are invited to address the Sustainable
City Commission on non-agenda items of interest to the public within the Commission's
jurisdiction. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes unless that time is extended by
the Chair.

Commission meeting of Thursday, October 24, 2019.

A motion was made by Commissioner Gonzales, seconded by
Commissioner Dillon, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 6 - Carla Dillon, Hilda Gaytan, Rey Gonzales, Eric Rock, Alan

Public Works on the LA River Plan.
Christine Wartman from the Los Angeles County Public Works, Stormwater
Planning Division, lead the presentation on the Los Angeles River Plan.
Mark Hanna, Ph.D., Leed AP from Geosyntec Consultants, project Manager
followed up on the presentation.

Strategic Plan.
