Ferrell, Commissioner FINISHED AGENDA & MINUTES ROLL CALL (5:28 PM) Commissioners Milton Arcos, David Ferrell and Cindy Hanks Present: Commissioners Juan Lopez, Andrew Schrock, Gwen Shaffer and Robb Korinke Absent: MEETING HELD OVER UNTIL JUNE 24, 2015 DUE TO LACK OF QUORUM Only a Director's Report was given. DIRECTOR'S REPORT (5:28 PM) Chris Wilding, Interim Technology & Innovation Director spoke. John Keisler Bloomberg Innovation Director spoke. Chris Wilding, Interim Technology & Innovation Director continued to speak. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Members of the public are invited to address the Board on items of interest to the public within the Agency Board jurisdiction. Each speaker will be limited to two minutes unless that time is extended by the Chair. Unidentifed member of the public spoke in regards to the Hackathon. Ferrell, Commissioner CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL REGULAR AGENDA 1. 15-009TI Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Technology & Innovation Committee meeting held Wednesday April 22, 2015. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 2. 15-010TI Recommendation to receive and file Item 15-0415, as directed by the City Council on May 12, 2015 Council Meeting. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 15-011TI Recommendation to to consider a change in meeting start time to 4:00pm and room location to CR12, and if approved, request City Attorney to amend resolution. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 15-012TI Recommendation to receive and file a report on Mobile Application statistics. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 15-013TI Recommendation to request the Ctiy Attorney to draft resolution supporting the Hackathon Event to be held on June 6, 2015.
