ROLL CALL (4:00 PM) Commissioners Judy Ross, Mary Stephens, Jane Netherton and Steven Neal Present: Commissioners Joel Yuhas Absent: Also present: Lea Eriksen, Assistant Finance Director, Budget Management Bureau; Amy Webber, Deputy City Attorney; Tom Modica, Assistant City Manager; Karen Moore, City Clerk Assistant. REGULAR AGENDA (4:00 PM) 1. 16-008TU Recommendation to approve the minutes for the Transactions and Use Tax Citizens' Advisory Committee meeting held Wednesday, September 7, 2016. A motion was made by Vice Chair Netherton, seconded by Member Stephens, to approve recommendation. Amy Webber, Deputy City Attorney, presented the staff report. A motion was made by Member Ross, seconded by Vice Chair Netherton, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 4 - Judy Ross, Mary Stephens, Jane Netherton and Steven Neal Absent: 1 - Joel Yuhas 3. 16-010TU Recommendation to review proposed Transactions and Use Tax Citizens' Advisory Committee By-Laws and request City Attorney to draft a resolution adopting the rules and procedures for the Committee. Amy Webber, Deputy City Attorney, presented the staff report. Chair Neal spoke. Lea Eriksen, Assistant Finance Director, spoke. Chair Neal spoke. A motion was made by Member Ross, seconded by Member Stephens, to approve recommendation.
