1. 16-008TU Recommendation to approve the minutes for the Transactions and
Use Tax Citizens' Advisory Committee meeting held Wednesday,
September 7, 2016.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Netherton, seconded by
Member Stephens, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:

Amy Webber, Deputy City Attorney, presented the staff report.
A motion was made by Member Ross, seconded by Vice Chair
Netherton, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by
the following vote:

Neal

3. 16-010TU Recommendation to review proposed Transactions and Use Tax
Citizens' Advisory Committee By-Laws and request City Attorney to
draft a resolution adopting the rules and procedures for the
Committee.
