Suggested Action: Determine that an invitation to sponsor the Long Beach Juneteenth Celebration complies with Board Policy Statement 1998-31 and, if the Board so desires, approve a sponsorship in the amount chosen by the Board. Bureau: Business Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 6. 22-096WA Recommendation to authorize the General Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the City of Long Beach Public Works Department (LBPW) for the relocation of potable water mains, water service connections, and appurtenances in conjunction with the Shoreline Drive Realignment Project near Golden Shore and W. Seaside Way. Bureau: Engineering Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 7. 22-097WA Recommendation to authorize the General Manager to execute an agreement with Dudek, to provide construction management services for the Spinnaker Bay Drive Water Main Replacement Project - Phase 1 (MC-5199), in the amount not to exceed $391,075. Bureau: Engineering Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 8. 22-098WA Recommendation to authorize revision to Section 804 of the Long Beach Water Department’s (LBWD) Rules, Regulations and Charges Governing Potable Water, Reclaimed Water, Sewer Service, and the Water Conservation and Water Supply Shortage Plan (Rules) pertaining to testing and certification of backflow prevention assemblies.
