Zoning Board of Adjustment Commissioners, staff, and citizens will participate via audio only. A PUBLIC HEARING will be held to consider application #V20-03 filed by Anita Scribner for a variance to the side setback requirements of the City of Longview Zoning Ordinance, Article 9, Section 103, to allow for approximately 5 foot side setback instead of the required 6 foot side minimum for a single family dwelling located at 900 North Second Street (Lot 14, Block 4 Marshall Heights). B. A PUBLIC HEARING will be held to consider application #V20-04 filed by Chris Stuckey for a variance to the front setback requirements of the City of Longview Zoning Ordinance, Article 9, Section 103, to allow for approximately 30 foot front setback instead of the required 35 foot front minimum for a single family dwelling located at 3225 Stadium Drive (Lot 2 Stuckey Estates). VI. Adjourn Persons with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting and who may need auxiliary aid or services are requested to contact Planning and Zoning, 903-237-1072 at least two days before this meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
