A PUBLIC HEARING will be held to consider application #V21-01 filed by Thomas Kirl (Precision Pools Inc.) for a variance to the rear setback requirements of the City of Longview Unified Development Code, Article B, Section 2.03 to allow for approximately 5 foot rear setback instead of the required 10 foot rear minimum for a proposed accessory structure located at 14 Stoneridge Trail (Lot 7, Block 1 of The Estates on Stoneridge). B. A PUBLIC HEARING will be held to consider application #V21-02 filed by GAP, Inc for a variance to the landscape requirements of the City of Longview Unified Development Code, Article B, Section 4.06 Subsection A (5, 10 & 11) to allow for a reduction of the required trees and shrubs located at 5401 Mickey Melton Boulevard (Lot 1, Block 4 LEDCO North Business Park).
