CITY OF LONOKE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES JANUARY 7, 2019 The Lonoke City Council held a special city council meeting in the administration room of City Hall at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2019. Mayor Trae Reed called the meeting to order with the invocation given by Efrem Jones. Trae Reed asked City Clerk, Jeribeth Edwards to call the roll. Change Order #3- Kraus Construction Company, LLC. - Sewer Improvements 2018 Phase I Schedule “A”: Mr. Jim Kelley was present and explained to the council there was a change in the sewer Improvements. The reason for the change order is to add an 8-inch sewer lines along the Alley north Of Ash and East of Hicks; also, to add an 8-inch sewer line along Cherry Street west of Hicks and Add an 8-inch sewer line on Palm Street west of Hicks Street. Koy Butler made a motion to make Changes to the contract with Kraus Construction for the total cost of $48,795.00. Efrem Jones seconded the motion. Motion carried. 2. Change Order #1- Diamond Construction Company - Sewer Improvements 2018 Phase II Schedule “A”: Mr. Jim Kelley was present and explained to the council there was a change in the sewer Improvements. The reason is to add 8-inch sewer line along Depot Street North of 3rd Street. Koy Butler made a motion to approve the changes to the contract with Diamond Construction for the total of $13,915.00.
