the Council discusses that item. Anyone wishing to make a comment must fill out the appropriate form located in the Mayor’s office and return
it no later than the Tuesday before council meeting by noon. In the interest of time, comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. This
privilege may be revoked by the Mayor in the case of inappropriate language or comments. Any member of the public shall first
state his or her name and address, followed by a concise statement of the person’s position or concern. All remarks shall be addressed to
the Mayor or the Council as a whole, not to any particular member of the Council. No person other than the Council members and
the person having the floor shall be permitted to enter into any discussions without permission of the Mayor.
