CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL __ Mayor Liss __Councilmember Kelley __Councilmember Morillas __Councilmember Scherer __Councilmember Ucovich PUBLIC COMMENT: This time is reserved for those in the audience who wish to address the Town Council on subjects that are not on the Agenda. The audience should be aware that the Council may not discuss details or vote on non-agenda items. Your concerns may be referred to staff or placed on the next available agenda. Please note that comments from the public will also be taken on any item on the agenda. The time allotted to each speaker is five minutes. ADOPTION OF AGENDA BUSINESS 1. Downtown Park Consultant Interview The downtown park is located between the Train Depot Building and Walnut Street along the railroad tracks and will be the first project in a many faceted downtown project scope. The Project will provide facilities such as a parking lot, access road, landscaping, play areas and structures, bike and pedestrian walkways, water park features, skateboard area, pavilion area for events and bathrooms. Recommended action: Listen to the three consultant presentations and select one (1) to provide the Loomis Downtown Park Design services Public comment: ADJOURNMENT AS PROVIDED IN THE COUNCIL’S OPERATING PROCEDURES, THE MEETING WILL ADJOURN AT 10:00 P.M. UNLESS A DECISION IS MADE TO EXTEND THE TIME.
