Mosquito and West Nile Virus Awareness Week Joel Buettner from the Placer Mosquito & Vector Control District will be giving a presentation Recommended action: Hear presentation, take public comment, and adopt resolution recognizing West Nile Virus and Mosquito and Vector Control Awareness Week 2017 Public comment: 10. Funding Request For Del Oro Tennis Court Reconstruction Discuss funding for the Del Oro tennis court reconstruction Recommended action: Take public comment and by motion approve funding in an amount equal to the Placer Union High School District’s contribution, not to exceed $20,000, contingent upon receiving an updated joint use agreement from the District for reasonable use of the courts by the community Public comment 12. Placer County Community Choice Aggregation Program Jenine Windenhausen, Placer County Treasurer, will give a presentation regarding Placer County’s Community Choice Aggregation program Recommended action: Hear presentation and take public comment. Proposed Loomis Library Community Learning Center Business Plan (Continued from 2/14/2017) And Extend MOU Between The Town of Loomis and Friends of the Loomis Library Consider receipt of the proposed Loomis Library Community Learning Center business plan and request to extend the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Town of Loomis and the Friends of the Loomis Library for a period ending May 31, 2017 and update on library Recommended action: Take public comment and by motion extend the MOU between the Town of Loomis and the Friends of the Loomis Library for a period ending May 31, 2017; and receive and refer the proposed business plan to the library board for review and possible action.
