TOWN OF LOOMIS SUBDIVISION REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA LOOMIS TOWN HALL 3665 TAYLOR ROAD LOOMIS, CALIFORNIA THURSDAY JUNE 7, 2018 11:00 AM As required by Section 14.64.020 C. 2.b of the Municipal Code the Subdivision Review Committee reviews Conditional Certificates of Compliance prior to approval by the Planning Director to provide “recommendations and to establish appropriate conditions of approval.” I. CALL TO ORDER 2. PUBLIC COMMENT FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Please limit comments to three minutes and to items not on the agenda. The Committee may not discuss or vote on non-agenda items at this time. 3. BUSINESS ITEMS #18-02 GARCIA CONDITIONAL CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE To recommend to the Planning Director to approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove the proposed Conditional Certificate of Compliance. Project Location 3085 Humphrey Road, on the east side of Humphrey Road approximately 1500 feet north of Arcadia Avenue. Project Description To bring into conformance an existing 3.00 acre vacant parcel, previously created in error contrary to the Loomis Subdivision Regulations, which does not allow division by gift deed. Approval of the Certificate of Compliance will not create any new parcels nor any entitlements, other than legalizing the existing parcel. Future development shall require permits, subject to the approval of the Town 4. PUBLIC COMMENT 5. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION 6.
