Paul will show 10 examples of different types of residential buildings and participants will guess the density through the Zoom poll feature. After we’ve reviewed each answer, Paul will show us what the real density in units per acre of each project is, will provide additional information on the project and will show additional photos so participants can decide what they like or dislike about the project. 6:40 p.m. Presentation on “How Compact Development Can Help Revitalize Town Centers” (Paul Zykofsky, LGC) This brief presentation describes the ways in which compact development can fit into town centers and help bring new residents and new life.
