The audience should be aware that the Council may not discuss details or vote on non-agenda items. The Council may refer your concerns raised during public comment to staff or placed on future agenda. Please note that the audience will be allotted time to make public comments on any item on the agenda at the time it is heard. ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Council will typically adopt the agenda in the order listed or modify the order in a way that can best accommodate the people in attendance who wish to speak on agenda items. Speakers are requested to restrict comments to the item as it appears on the agenda and stay within a three-minute time limit. The Mayor has the discretion of limiting the total discussion time for an item. Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Loomis ADOPT RESOLUTION Awarding and Environment Services agreement to ECORP Consulting, Inc., including traffic study by GHD and authorizing the Town Manager to execute and agreement acceptable to the Town for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report for the evaluation of the Hidden Grove project not to exceed $410,240.00 BUSINESS 10. WW Moulding 3800 Taylor Road Development Proposal Award Staff re-released in June a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment of the WW Moulding property, located at 3800 Taylor Road. The Town received one proposal, from Brian Nelson of Stargate Properties, LLC. Mr. Nelson proposes using the site for the creation of the Pine Star Brewery, Restaurant and entertainment Venue. The proposal notes that the site will be a “family-friendly destination location providing the Town of Loomis and surrounding communities a historically-rich culinary experience.” Recommendation Staff recommends the Council award the exclusive development rights to the Town- owned property at 3800 Taylor Road to Brian Nelson of Stargate Properties, LLC, pending completed purchase negotiations.
