A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Loomis ADOPT RESOLUTION Approving the subdivision Final Map for “The Grove”, and replacing Condition of Approval #10 to reassign maintenance responsibilities to either a Homeowner’s Association or a Community Facilities District under the Mello-Roos tax act. 14. Certify the Addendum to the Loomis Costco Environmental Impact ADOPT ORDINANCE Report, Adopt Resolution of the Town Council approving a General AND RESOLUTIONS Plan Amendment, Second reading and adoption of Ordinance 290 repealing Ordinance 285 and adopting Zoning Code amendments, adopt Resolution 22-11 repealing Resolution 20-31 and approving a Conditional Use Permit. 15. A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Loomis ADOPT RESOLUTION approving Parcel map #18-01 (Nute Road), and accepting the offers of dedication. 16. PARTICIPATION IN THE CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL FINANCE AUTHORITY BOLD Program Town staff has been provided information regarding a program referred to as the “BOLD Program” for financing infrastructure for new development within the Town through a program offered by the California Municipal Finance Authority. Receive information regarding the California Municipal Finance Authority (“CMFA”) Bond Opportunities for Land Development (“BOLD Program”) 2. Adopt a resolution Joining the CMFA as a member 3.
