The Town Council meeting will be held at the Loomis Depot Building and is open to public attendance.

Public comment will be opened for each agenda item through the Zoom platform. Use the “Raise Hand” feature.

BUSINESS
7. 2023-2024 AUDIT REPORT
The Town engages an independent auditing firm to perform professional audit services on
an annual basis. On September 12, 2023, Town Council approved a five-year contract with
Richardson & Company, LLP to provide annual audit services.
Ingrid Sheipline, Managing Partner (Richardson & Company) will be presenting the audited
financial statements and accompanying reports for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024

8. LOOMIS LIBRARY AND COMMUNITY LEARNING ANNUAL REPORT
California State Law requires that the library board of trustees or administrative head give
an annual report to council. This report includes information relating to the condition of
the library for the fiscal year ending on June 30th
