The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairperson, Commissioner Gordon Murley at 4:35 p.m. Commissioners present: George Andros, Steve Cochran, Matt Epstein, Barbara Romero Commissioner absent: None 1. Motion: Grant the appeal in part; sustain the decision of the Advisory Agency in approving Tentative Tract 66127; adopt revised Conditions of Approval; adopt ENV 2006-3178; and adopt Findings. There were two additional speakers who supported the appeal and one for project. A representative from the Neighborhood Council requested continuance. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD The Area Planning Commission shall provide an opportunity in open meetings for the public to address it, on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Area Planning Commission.
