The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Brogdon at 4:44 p.m. with Commissioners DelGado and
Oh present. Commissioners Chemerinsky and Chung Kim were not in attendance.
Also present were, Patricia Diefenderfer, Senior City Planner on behalf of the Director of Planning; Ernesto
Velasquez, Deputy City Attorney and Renee Glasco, Commission Executive Assistant.

MOTION:
Commissioner Oh moved to continue the Item to the meeting of February 28, 2017 with the agreement from
the applicant. Jurisdiction was extended to act until March 16, 2017.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Brogdon and the vote proceeded as follows:
