CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 6297 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR SOLID WASTE CONSULTING SERVICES WITH R3 CONSULTING GROUP, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $39,140 WITH A 10% CONTINGENCY OF $3,900 AND ADOPT A REVISED BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2020/2021 AS IT PERTAINS TO THE SOLID WASTE FUND ACCOUNT.
