Receive Report for the Traffic Cushion Petition for N. Santa Ana Road between Santa Barbara and Santa Lea Road. d. Receive Report and Provide Direction for an All-Way Stop Request at Madison and Center Avenue. e. Review and Approve Yield Sign Placement (Per Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices Section 28.09) at the Following Intersections to Facilitate Traffic Priority Where a Full Stop is Not Always Required: 1) W. K Street and 3rd Street 2) W. K Street and California Avenue 3) W. K Street and Nevada Avenue 4) W. K Street and Arizona Avenue 5) W.
