Review of Speed Cushion Request for Madison Avenue between 10th and 11 th Street. b. Review of Speed Cushion Request for West J Street between Colorado Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue. c. Review Study of Overland Avenue between Ward Road and Place Road to Determine Appropriateness/Need for Stop Signs. d. Review Study of Vineyard Drive between Stonewood Drive and Nantes Avenue for any Appropriate/Needed Traffic Safety Measures. e. Update on Conversations Had with the Los Banos Unified School District for any Appropriate/Needed Traffic Safety Measures on 11 th Street between Page Avenue and Madison Avenue. 6. NEW BUSINESS. a.
