TOWN OF LOS GATOS COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION MINUTES Minutes of the Town Council Special Meeting Closed Session Tuesday, March 17, 2026 The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a special meeting in person to hold a Closed Session. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT APPROXIMATELY 4:02 P.M. ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Rob Moore, Council Member Mary Badame, Council Member Matthew Hudes, and Council Member Rob Rennie. Absent: Vice Mayor Maria Ristow (Recused due to property’s proximity to her residence.) VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS (ONLY ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA) No one spoke. Mayor Moore announced the closed session titles as listed on the agenda. THE TOWN COUNCIL MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: 1. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR (Government Code Section 54956.8) Property: 4 Tait Avenue Agency Negotiator(s): Chris Constantin, Town Manager; Katy Nomura, Assistant Town Manager; Julio J. Fuentes, Kosmont Senior Managing Director/Agent; Stephanie Ontiveros, Kosmont Managing Director; and Larry Kosmont, President/Broker Negotiating Parties: Branislav Vajdic; Howell Development & Investments, Inc., Gregory Howell; JoAn Smith; Rob White; Saratoga Capital, Inc., Kirk Kozlowski; and State Street Sedgwick Partners, LLC (Robin and Grant Sedgwick) and Susan and Adam Ward Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment There was no reportable action.
