Members of the public may provide public comments for agenda items in person or virtually through Zoom Webinar by following the instructions listed below. Council Member Rob Rennie will be participating via teleconference from a location at Via Fillungo, 143 - 55100 LUCCA, Italy; and Council Member Ristow will be participating via teleconference from a location at 150 E. Schiller Street, Elmhurst, IL, 60126. The teleconference locations shall be accessible to the public and the agenda will be posted at the teleconference location 24 hours before the meeting.
