Ordinance Title: An Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos Amending the Zoning from O (Office) to R-1:8 (Single-Family Residential, Minimum Lot Size of 8,000 Square Feet) for Property Located at 14331 Capri Drive. RECOMMENDATION: Adopt an Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos effecting a Zone Change from O (Office) to R-1:8 (Single-Family Residential, minimum lot size of 8,000 square feet) on property located at 14331 Capri Drive.
