BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Sheryl and Darrell Green have applied for a zone change from split R-1/C-1 to TOD-MU for the property located in Subd: Rose Jean Park Addition, Lot 1A, for the purpose of correcting split zoning, allowing commercial development, and pursuing the design standards of the TOD-MU zone. 2. DESIGNATED USE: Los Lunas Riverfront, LLC ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To have a public hearing and recommend approval or disapproval of a request for a designated use permit. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: James Jaramillo, acting on behalf of Los Lunas Riverfront, LLC has applied for a Designated Use permit for the property located in Tract A, S:27 T:7N R:2E, 3.97 AC, Map 72, comprising of trs 34A1, 34A2, 34B1, 34B2, and 33A2B1A, 2006 REV; and Subd: Land of Marvin Causey, Tract B1, 3.72 AC, Map 72, B-5-27, 1996 REV 1996 AMENDED, with a street address of 1800 Main St. NE, for the purpose of allowing multi-family apartments. 3.
