BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: James Jaramillo, acting on behalf of Red Cap Properties, LLC, has applied for a zone change from R-3 to C-1 for the property located in Tract lettered “A-1” Plat of Westridge, a replat of subdivision of Lots B-1 thru B-5, within Westwind Subdivision, located within Projected Section 29, Township 7 North, Range 2 East, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Village of Los Lunas, San Clemente Land Grant, Valencia County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the plat of said subdivision, filed in the office of the county clerk of Valencia County, New Mexico, on April 17, 1990, in Cabinet “F”, Folio 176, 2.33 Acres, located on Camino Del Rey Dr. SW, for the purpose of allowing permissive C-1 uses. 2. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Village of Los Lunas ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To have a public hearing to recommend approval or disapproval of Ordinance No. 420. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: The Village of Los Lunas is proposing Ordinance No. 420 – An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 276, the Comprehensive Zoning Regulations and Zone Map Atlas, in Order to Revise §17.40.010 – Table of Permissible Uses, Table 17.40, Use 7.200.
