BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE The Community Development Department is recommending amendments to Ordinance 276, The Comprehensive Zoning Regulations and Zone Map Atlas, in order to revise §17.08.010 – Definitions, Subsection C; §17.36.010 – Commercial Districts Established, Subsection B through C; and §17.40.010 – Table of Permissible Uses, Table 17.40, Use 4.000. 2. ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION Kirk Gilcrease ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION To have a public hearing to recommend approval or disapproval of request for zone change BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE Kirk Gilcrease has applied for a zone atlas amendment from S-U to C-2 for the land with a legal description S:23 T:7N R:2E Tract 97A of Map 70 MRGCD consisting of 1.40 acres, located at 3485 Main St SE for the purpose of operation a small-batch concrete mixing facility. He is concurrently applying for a Designated Use. 3.
