SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE REVISION – General Provisions, Preliminary and Final Plat Procedures Chapters Community Development Department, Village of Los Lunas ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To have a public hearing to facilitate discussion of proposed updates to the Los Lunas Subdivision Ordinance. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: The Village of Los Lunas is revising its subdivision ordinance, and is presenting each chapter before the planning and zoning commission for discussion. The fifth item of discussion will be the proposed revisions to the preliminary plat and final plat procedures chapters, to be discussed at the above referenced meeting. 2.
