BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Jack Autry, acting as agent for Sun Ranch Development, has applied for a designated use permit for the property located in Subd: Sun Ranch Village Commercial Lots Tract: A1 4.87 acres, for the purpose of allowing a multifamily development in a C-1 zone. 2. WATER RIGHTS ORDINANCE REVISION: Water Rights Ordinance Village of Los Lunas, Community Development Department ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To have a public hearing to approve or disapprove a recommendation to Village Council. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: An ordinance repealing Ordinance 263, which established the Water Rights Ordinance, replacing chapter 16.40 (Water Rights) and establishing Chapter 13.24 (Water Rights Required) in order to modify the Village of Los Lunas Requirements for the provision of water rights for new and existing development. 3.
