Hernandez, Acting Agent for Sivage Community Development, LLC and Huning Limited Partnership, has requested approval for revisions to Fiesta Area Plan, encompassing the following tracts of land: Subd: Los Cerritos de Los Lunas Phase V Tract: 1A1A1A1A 205.32 Acres, Tract: 1A1A1A1B20.08 Acres, Tract: 1A1A1A1A2A 25.01 Acres, and Tract 1A1A1B 22.58 Acres. This area plan revision calls for amendments to the current S-U zoning standards. 2.
