BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Ordinance 443 An ordinance revising Ordinance 430, which established the Subdivision Ordinance, in order to modify the Village of Los Lunas requirements for the recording of subdivision plats and clarify the public notice requirements for area plans. 2. 2018 OFFICIAL STREETS AND ZONING MAPS: Village of Los Lunas, Community Development Department ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To have a public hearing to recommend approval or disapproval of a request for 2018 Zoning and Streets GIS layers. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: The Village of Los Lunas is seeking to approve the Official Street Map and Zoning Map for the year 2018. 3. ELECTION OF CHAIRPERSON:  Village of Los Lunas, Community Development Department ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To elect a chairperson for P & Z commission. 4.
