SPECIAL USE AMENDMENT: Sheldon Greer, RESPEC ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To have a public hearing to recommend approval or disapproval of a request for a special use amendment. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: RESOLUTION 19-10 A Resolution of the Village of Los Lunas amending the Fiesta Area Plan in order to change certain density and dimensional regulations. 2. PRESENTATION: Route 66 Museum Spring 2019 Activities Students from UNM Advanced Planning Capstone Studio and UNM Historic Preservation Inventory Course, and CD Department Staff ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: For Informational Purposes Only BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Over the course of Spring of 2019, 2 UNM School of Architecture and Planning Courses and one architecture student have been working on various aspects of the planned Los Lunas Route 66 Museum & Visitor Center. These activities include studying the site and the Route 66 corridor, preparing documentation of the condition of the buildings on site, providing recommendations for the buildings as well as the design of the site, and constructing a mobile kiosk to serve as an exhibit.
