BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Development Managing Consultants, acting agent for Sivage Investments LLC, has requested preliminary plat approval to subdivide Subd: Los Cerritos de Los Lunas Phase V Tract: 1A1A1A1A2 20.00 Acres and Subd: Las Terrazas at Fiesta Subdivision Tract: LC‐G S: 17 T: 7N R: 2E 21.83 Acres Plat M‐480, for the proposed Mil Colores Subdivision. The subdivision is to be built on Parcel A, as described on the Vallecito Oeste Preliminary Plat. The property is located north of the intersection of Los Cerritos Rd NW and Highline Rd NW. 2.
